1. The service
MeritWork lets members of trusted communities offer and request services, rate each other, and message privately. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility

3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Content you post
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant MeritWork a limited licence to host and display that content to other members of the communities where you post it, solely for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal goods or services.
- No harassment, hate speech, deception, or impersonation of other members.
- No spam, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
- No content that infringes other people's intellectual property or privacy.
6. Transactions between members
Offers and payments arranged through MeritWork are between the members involved. MeritWork is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for delivery, quality, or payment of services exchanged between members.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
